Umesto da stavite 400gr majoneza, mnogo je lepše i salata je laganija, naročito u letnjem periodu, ako se koristi samo pavlaka. Prestala sam da koristim so i biber i isključivo koristim stišnjenu šunku. Додати крупно резане маслине(на четвртине). Добро промешати и додати маслиново уље, мало соли и бибера. На крају умешати сецкане орахе и прелити са мало маслиновог уља пре послуживања. Ne bez razloga: Niče se nikad nije ženio, nije se znalo ni za jednu njegovu ljubavnu avanturu, a u svojim delima je o ženama pisao sa potcenjivanjem, tvrdeći da su žene nežna i dragocena, ali i opasna igračka, da su predodređene za domaći, a ne za javni posao, a da one žene koje su učene svakako imaju neki filozofski poremećaj. Pa ipak, 1882. godine, doživeo je svoju jedinu, veliku i nesrećnu ljubav. Večere kod gospođe Malvide fon Majzenburg bile su čuvene zbog uvek novih specijaliteta koje je smišljala njena odlična kuvarica. Na jednoj takvoj večeri, kada je prvi put poslužena pečenica Majzenburg, prisustvovao je i Niče. Uživao je u ukusnom jelu koje je hvalio, ali mu je zastao zalogaj u grlu kada se na vratima pojavila jedna gošća koja je kasnila, Lu Salome. Ova fina Jevrejka bila je ne samo lepa, već i obrazovana i načitana devojka. Upoznavši popularnog pisca, kome je tada bilo 38 godina, sa divljenjem i poštovanjem govorila je o njegovom delu koje joj je bilo poznato. Niče je bio očaran, razoružan, osvojen. Lu Salome se držala uzdržano prema Ničeu, ali mu je napisala i posvetila dve pesme“Bol“ i „Molitva životu“. Zanesen i opijen ljubavlju, Niče piše jednom prijatelju da“Salomina pesma zvuči u meni kao glas koji sam oduvek očekivao, još od detinjstva, i nijednom je nisam pročitao bez suza“.A gospodji fon Majzenburg u pismu kaže da mu je ova godina ulepšana sjajem i radošću zbog mlade duše koju je upoznao u njenoj kući. Na žalost, sreća započeta u proleće, ugasila se u jesen. Ničeova ljubav nije uzvraćena, Salome mu to jasno stavlja do znanja. Ona se divi duhu i umu od nje znatno starijeg pisca, ali je svoje srce poklonila njegovom prijatelju Reneu. Očajan, Niče tri puta bezuspešno pokušava da se ubije povećanim dozama lekova koje je uzimao protiv stalnih glavobolja i nesanica. Vremenom, strašan bol zbog neuzvraćene ljubavi &lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;jenjava i Niče se oštro suprotstavlja majci i sestri koje pokušavaju da ružno govore o devojci. On se sa još većim žarom predaje radu i do kraja života nijedna žena nije uspela da ga zainteresuje. Jedan preostali čen belog luka narežite na tanke listiće i kratko ga popržite na istom tiganju gdje se pekla piletina, a potom rasporedite preko šnicli. Oprati 2 limuna, i sa korom ih iseći na kolutove - nemojte mnogo tanko, oko 5-6mm je super. Ubacite u tiganj sa piletinom. Dodajte so i biber, nalijte sa čašom vode i dinstajte. Nemojte poklapati tiganj. S vremena na vreme okrenite meso i eventualno dolijte još vode. Kad procenite da piletu treba još 10-tak minuta, na svaki komad sipajte po kašiku meda i još jednu preko, što bi se reklo "za tiganj" . Posle 5 minuta okrenite piletinu i dodajte đumbir. type='text'>Cheese cake</title><content type='html'>Sastojci: 250gr brašna, 120 gr maslaca, 3 jajeta, 450gr mladog neusoljenog sira, 120gr šećera, 80gr šećera u prahu, pomorandža, limun i prstohvat soli.&lt;br /&gt;U mikseru se izmešaju brašno, so, jedno jaje i 60gr šećera u prahu dok se ne dobije glatka masa.Ovo testo se uvije u foliju i ostavi se pola sata u frižider. Posebno se izmiksira mladi sir, strugana kora pomorandže i limuna, šećer i 2 jajeta tako da se dobije homogeni krem. Ohladjeno testo se istanji u krug i njime se obloži okrugli pleh pečnika 20cm, dno izbockati viljuškom i preko testa sipati pripremljen krem od sira. Peče se 40min na 200 stepeni C. Kada se prohladi, izvadi se iz pleha, pospe se šećerom u prahu i ukrasi kandiranim voćem ili čokoladom. Prijatno!&lt;br /&gt;Cheese cake&lt;br /&gt; (praktičan recept sa našim sirom)&lt;br /&gt;Pre par dana bili smo na rođendanu kod brata od ujaka i ujna nam je pripremila ovaj Cheese cake. Recept je nabavila iz dobro poznate poslastičarnice iz Pančeva i stvarno je izuzetno ukusan....a recept ću podeliti sa svima...&lt;br /&gt;Podloga:300gr mlevenog plazma keksa, 90gr maslaca i sok od narandže ili mandarine po potrebi. Maslac omekšati i pomešati sa keksom i sokom i obložiti kalup od 26cm.&lt;br /&gt;Krem od sira: 2 ABC sira od 200gr, 10 kašika šećera u prahu umutiti i dodati sok od 1 limuna. Posebno umutiti pola litre slatke pavlake, 1 kesicu krem fixa i 1 kašiku šećera, a onda sve sjediniti u jedan krem. 2 želatina pripremiti prema uputstvu i kada se prohlade dodati u krem. Gotov krem staviti preko podloge.&lt;br /&gt;Preliv od voća:600gr mešanog voća po želji, 6 kašika šećera i 2 želatina pomešati i staviti preko torte....ovaj preliv i nije bio previše želatinast, ali je bio neverovatno ukusan i cureo je pri sečenju, ali verujte to je samo pobudilo apetit i dalo još lepši izgled kome nismo mogli da odolimo.&lt;br /&gt;p.s. Dodajte vanilin šećer, 1 dcl aromatičnog crnog vina i kasiku kakaa - i dobro izmešajte. Uz mešanje, postepno dodajte kašikom i brašno s praškom za pecivo. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;U testo dodajte 50 - 100 g čokoladnih mrvica. Ja sam stavila mrvice koje se koriste za dekoraciju torti, ali možete dodati i smrvljenu čokoladu za kuvanje ili čokoladne bombone. Mrvice ćete lagano umešajti u testo kada budete dodavali belance. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;U ovoj fazi vam se testo može učiniti prilično gustim - , bez panike! - ovo je ipak testo za kuglof, a ne klasični parišpan za tortu. Normalno je da tijesto bude gusto. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Od 4 belanca napravite čvrst sneg, pa ga lagano umešajte u testo zajedno sa čokoladnim mrvicama. Belance umešajte ručno, varljačom. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Kalup za kuglof namastite margarinom i pospite brašnom. Kolač se peče u specijalnoj limenoj posudi karakterističnog oblika. "Carski kuglof" kreirao je 1914. god. carski dvorski kuvar Friedrich Hampel, te ga na "Prvom bečkom kalendaru kuvarskog umeća" predstavio javnosti. No, postoji i mitska priča o rođenju popularne bečke poslastice, a vezana je uz cara Franju Josipa, koji je nezaobilazan lik u istorijii bečkog kulinarstva.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;" U ulici Gloriettegasse, nedaleko carske rezidencije - dvorca Schönbrunn - stoji vila koju je nekoć nastanjivala poznata glumica bečkog &lt;i&gt;Burgtheatra&lt;/i&gt; Katarina Schratt. Kasnijih godina, car je i za boravka u ljetnoj rezidenciji Habsburgovaca u Bad Ischlu zadržao naviku redovita navraćanja na užinu kod Katarine Schratt, koja je stanovala u ljupkoj kući nedaleko rezidencijalne vile. Za svaki posjet visokog gosta pripremao se svježi kuglof. Da se ne bi slučajno osramotila, Katarina je kod lokalnog slastičara Zaunera svakodnevno naručivala kuglof ispečen po njezinu receptu. Cijela jaja, ne previše hladna, istući i umiješati u smjesu, potom umiješati žumanjke, vanilin šećer i naribanu koricu limuna, te dodati grožđice. Bjelanjke i kristalni šećer istući u čvrsti snijeg, umiješati u smjesu od maslaca i jaja. Na kraju lagano umiješati brašno. Kalup za kuglof premazati maslacem i posipati brašnom. Masu staviti u kalup i peći u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici približno sat vremena na temperaturi od 180°C (probati drvenim štapićem je li pečeno). Potom ocedite i sitno iseckajte. Ošišceni praziluk iseckajte na kolutove i dodajte koprivama zajedno sa alevom paprikom, uljem, začinom i solju. Nalijte vodom i kuvajte. Kada praziluk omekša, začinite corbu brašnom razmućenim u hladoj vodi i jos kuvajte oko 15 minuta. Obaren krompir procediti i izmiksati kao za pire krompir, dodajući mu kašiku margarina dok je još vruć. Ovako pripremljen krompir ostaviti da se potpuno ohladi. Kada je krompir ohladjen, dodati jaja i mutiti dok se ne dobije potpuno glatka masa, pa onda postepeno dodavati brašno i mesiti rukama dok god testo ne prestane da se lepi za ruke. Radnu površinu pospite brašnom, pa premesite testo još malo. I testo pospite brašnom pa ga, koristeći oklagiju, razvijte na oko 1cm debljine. Isecite testo na kvadrate dovoljno velike da se &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt;u njih&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial;"&gt; može  zaviti šljiva. Napravite rukama oblik knedle. Napravljene knedle puštajte pažljivo u ključalu vodu. Knedle kuvati oko pola sata, odnosno dok ne isplivaju na površinu.&lt;br /&gt;Skuvane knedle uvaljati u pepržene prezle.&lt;br /&gt;Priprema prezli: dobro zagrejte ulje, dodajte prezle i pržite dok ne potamne, dodajte šećer i dobro promešajte. Kao dete svirao je violinu, a kasnije je osnovao svoj orkestar, sa kojim je obišao ceo svet. Godine 1895. gostovao je u jednom otmenom francuskom restoranu, gde je tom prilikom večerao francuski knez Šime sa svojom lepom suprugom. Mladu plavušu oduševila je muzika tamburaša, tako da je počela češće da dolazi u taj restoran. Posle izvesnog vremena, izgleda da joj se svidelo i nešto više osim muzike. I, kako to obično biva, ubrzo je izbio skandal. Plavuša je ostavila muža i dvoje maloletne dece i pobegla iz Pariza u Madjarsku, zajedno sa Rigo Jančijem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ovaj skandal je tamo izazvao veliku pažnju javnosti, a u rodnom mestu je Rigo Jančiju napravljena velika svečanost, onako kako to samo Romi umeju.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Zamislite situaciju u takvom vremenu. Novinari izveštavaju o svemu što se dešava, pa i o najmanjim sitnicama, a u Francuskoj se vodi brakorazvodna parnica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I tada su izgleda postojali biznismeni sa idejama, tako da se jedan poslastičar iz Budimpešte setio i napravio ukusan desert kome je dao ime Rigo Janči.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;U medjuvremenu desila se svadba izmedju ovo dvoje golubova, a interesantno je da su im kumovi bili engleski i američki ambasador.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ljubav, normalno, nije trajala dugo. Kako došla tako i otišla. Ali, ostao je čuveni desert, koji se i dan danas ubraja u najomiljenije svetske deserte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Potrebeno je:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;300 gr čokolade za kuvanje, 100 gr putera, 2 jaja, 5 kašika šećera u prahu, 1 kašika brašna, 1 kašika kakaoa, 2 kašike šećera, 1 kašika želatina, 1 kašika ulja, 6 dl slatke pavlake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Odvojiti belanca od žumanaca i žumancca umutiti mikserom. Dodati šećer, ulje i posebno umućena belanca i kakao pomešan sa brašnom.&lt;br /&gt;Ispeći u tepsiji obloženoj papirom 15 minuta na 200 stepeni.&lt;br /&gt;Skuvati razmućeni želatin i vodu da se zgusne. Mikserom umutiti slatku pavlaku, dodati istopljenu čokoladu i istopljeni puter, želatin i šećer u prahu. Kalup obložiti folijom. Prethodno ispečeni patišpanj podeliti na pola, jednu polovinu staviti u kalup, odozgo fil, pa opet patišpanj. Potrebno je:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 204, 51);font-family:arial;" &gt;4 krompira, 4 sargarepe, 5 tvrdo kuvanih jaja, 200gr kackavalja, 200gr pilecih prsa, 4-5 kiselih krastavaca, 2 pavlake i 400gr majoneza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 204, 51);font-family:arial;" &gt;       Krompir i sargarepu obariti i ohladiti, a zatim izrendati. Sve sto stavljas u salatu rendas, tako da sve pripremis unapred na posebnim tanjirima. Pavlaka i majonez  se pomesaju. Potrebana je  staklena,providna cinija u kojoj ces posluziti salatu. Redjas sastojke sledecim redom: krompir, sargarepa, pileca prsa, krastavci, jaja, kackavalj, pa zalijes sa pola smese majoneza i pavlake, a zatim opet isto, s tim da na kraju salatu ukrasis petim jajetom, i listicima persun lista. Sto znaci da sve sastojke delis na pola i sve ide u dva sloja. Zato pažljivo čitaj i drži se uputstva: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;p  style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Testo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Potrebno: 2,5dl vode, 1,25dl ulja,  ½ kašičice soli, 180gr oštrog brašna, 4-5 jaja (zavisno od veličine)  i 1 prašak za pecivo.&lt;br /&gt;I Vodu, ulje i so stavi u jedan lonac da zavru. Skini sa vatre i naspi odjednom sve brašno.&lt;br /&gt;II Mešaj brzo i jakim pokretima dok ne dobiješ glatku masu koja se odvaja od lonca.&lt;br /&gt;III Stavi ponovo lonac na vatru i kuvaj jos 1 minut neprestano mešajuci. Testo ovako postaje čvršće, a znak da je dobro je kad na dnu lonca vidiš da se pojavljuje tanka kožica.&lt;br /&gt;IV Vruće testo istresi u plasticnu činiju. Dodaj jaja u vruce testo, jedno po jedno. Prestani mešati tek kad dobiješ meku i glatku masu (možes koristiti i mikser).&lt;br /&gt;Ako se testo jako sjaji, a pri skidanju sa varljace ostaju šiljci , nemoj više dodavati jaja (znači, dovoljno je 4). Previše meko testo nece se dići.&lt;br /&gt;V U potpuno ohlađeno testo dodati pašak za pecivo, peporučujem C prašak za pecivo, od ostalih se dešava da testo ne naraste.&lt;br /&gt;VI Pleh namaži margarinom i pospi brašnom, a zatim sa dve male kašike pravi loptice, ili ako imas špric za kolače, možeš i sa njim.&lt;br /&gt;VII Rerna mora biti već zagrejana na temperaturu od 180-190 C . Peče se 15-20 min. i u međjuvremenu se rerna nikako ne otvara da testo ne spadne.&lt;br /&gt;VIII Kada je pečeno testo, seci iznad polovine.&lt;/p&gt;         &lt;p  style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Fil - moderna varijanta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Potrebno: 1 l mleka, 3 pudinga od vanile, 200 gr margarina ili putera, 3-4 kesice vanil šećera, 300 gr šećera.&lt;br /&gt;Skuvati 3 pudinga u litru mleka, dodati 300 gr šećera i vanil šećer. Kada se puding potpuno ohladi, umutiti ga jednu po jednu kašiku sa predhodno dobro umućenim margarinom. Možeš rastopiti čokoladu sa malo mleka i preliti krofne, a moja baka ih je samo zasipala prah šećerom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p  style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Fil - starinska varijanta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;               &lt;p  style="color: rgb(102, 51, 0);font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Potrebno: 1 l mleka, 300 gr šećera+ 6 kašika šećera, 12 vršnih kašika oštrog brašna, 6 jaja (odvojiti žumanca i belanca), 4-5 kesica vanil šećera.&lt;br /&gt;Od 6 belanaca umutiti čvrst sneg i staviti ga u frižider.&lt;br /&gt;Od litra mleka izdvojiti 2dl i staviti sa strane, 6 žumanaca dobro umutiti sa 6 kašika šećera i dodavati u to polako muteći kašiku po kašiku brašna (12 kašika ukupno) sa pomalo onog odvojenog mleka. Smesa bi trebalo da bude bez grudvica, kao puding kad razmutiš u mleku.&lt;br /&gt;Ostatak mleka, 300 gr šećera i vanil šećer staviti na vatru do ključanja, uz postepeno mešanje da se šećer rastopi. Zatim&lt;font&gt; ključalo mleko skloniti sa vatre i umešati prethodno napravljenu smesu, pa vratiti na vatru da se zgusne, stalno mešajući, kad počne da pravi mehuriće, smanjiti vatru na minimum i polako umešati predhodno dobro umućen sneg od belanaca. Prohladjenim filom filovati princes krofne. Fil mora da bude hladan pre dodavanja margarina jer u protivnom neće biti kremast. Margarin penasto umuti i onda bez prekidanja dodaj jednu po jednu kašiku hladnog fila i muti dok ne dobiješ krem masu. Kad se napravi bistar sos ubaciti 400gr krupnih makarona, sto su krupnije to su bolje. Na tihoj vatri kuvati dok makarone ne budu sasvim mekane uz dodavanje vode ako nema dovoljno tecnosti za testeninu. Na kraju dodati jos 2-3 kasike kecapa i zacina ako nije dovoljno.Pastu prebaciti u vatrostalnu ciniju i zapeci. Pirinac skuvati da bude skoro mekan, procediti i pomesati sa struganim kackavaljem, sitno seckanim persunom i posoliti po ukusu. Svaku sniclu nadevati ovom smesom, zaviti ih kao sarmu i vezati koncem ili zakaciti cackalicom, pa ih proprziti na vrelom ulju da porumene.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;      &lt;/o:p&gt;U vatrostalnom sudu isprziti crni luk seckan na rebarca, dodati paradajz(ja uvek dodam vise nego sto u receptu pise), naliti bujonom i staviti snicle u ovaj umak. To sve zamesi sa 400 g kukuruznog brašna. Dobićeš testo kao za keks, ne razvlači se, već rukama lepi u jednu veliku limenu tepsiju. Napravi mu visoke ivice i viljuškom utisni stranice kao za pitu. Ostavi ovako u tepsiji nekih 20-tak minuta. Za to vreme možes da napravis sos: crni luk krupno sečen izdinstati na vodi, dodati 4-5 paradajza sečenih na krupne kriške, kada se tečnost ukuva, dodati soli po želji, bibera, čili ili ljute mlevene paprike, malo origana i bosiljka. Ovakvim sosom premaži pizzu, a u nedostatku vremena može poslužiti i ljuti kečap. Preko toga ređaj kulen (oko 100-150 g) ili bilo koju drugu začinjeniju kobasicu, zatim malo sitno seckane zelene paprike i jedno umućeno jaje. Pizzu peci na što većoj temperaturi u prethodno zagrejanoj pećnici. Kad dodaš sve začine, poklopi i dobro protresi šerpu, ponovo otklopi, skini sa poklopca začine koji su se zalepili i promešaj kašikom. Meso prelij sa 1\2 piva, a ostatak ćeš dodavati u toku pečenja. Pleh prekrij folijom i peci meso, prvih 20 min. na 150 stepeni, a onda ga otkrij i peci na 200 C još nekih 20 min. U nekoj dubljoj posudi (po mogućnosti vatrostalna činija) ređas jedan red povrća, jedan red ribe, dokle god imaš materijala. Naravno, svaki red pospeš začinima. Na kraju naliješ vinom, maslinovim uljem i sa malo vode tek da tečnost pokrije povrće i ribu. Kada kvasac naraste, izruči ga u posudu za mešanje, dodaj brašno, posoli i mesi ga dok ne postane glatko (ako se lepi za ruke, dodaj brašno dok ne dobiješ glatku masu). Kada se testo izjednači, stavi ga na dasku poprašenu brašnom i mesi ga još malo. Testo je dobro umešeno kada je srednje tvrdo i elastično. Testo pokrij salvetom i ostavi na toplo mesto da naraste. Kad se podigne, mesi ga još nekoliko minuta (što ga duže mesiš, biće bolje i vazdušastije). Umešano testo podeli na dva jednaka dela, oblikuj ih kao veknu i stavi u jedan ili dva prethodno podmazana margarinom i brašnom poprašena pleha i peci ih u dobro zagrejanoj rerni. Posle desetak minuta smanji temperaturu. U đuveč ili vatrostalnu posudu staviti piletinu i krompir, preliti pripremljenom smesom, između kriški krompira staviti kriške limuna i peći u rerni 50-60 min, u početku na 200 stepeni C, a kasnije mozeš i da smanjiš.
